ENROUTE TRAVELS

My experience with the trip management was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the captain and his companion. The captain, Ankit, appeared to have brought along his own family member (his brother) on the trip, and throughout the journey, preferential treatment was clearly given to him. It often felt as though other passengers were being ignored while his family member was treated with priority in seating and accommodations. This was a Tungnath spiritual trip, yet during the travel, the captain himself encouraged passengers to consume alcohol inside the van if they wished. Additionally, his brother was intoxicated during the trip and behaved inappropriately. On the second day of the trip, despite my personal belongings already being placed on my assigned bed, his brother occupied it without consideration. The language and behavior used were also highly inappropriate and uncomfortable for others. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the captain on his language, likely because the individual involved was his own brother. Due to this lack of professionalism and passenger management, many travelers faced unnecessary discomfort throughout the trip. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enroute Travel unless they improve their standards and ensure their captains prioritize passenger comfort, discipline, and professionalism.
