It was really a horrible experience working with this team.. they are neither processed my visa nor provided the promised employment. I repeatedly contacted the agency and sought updates regarding the status of my recruitment, but there was no proper response. It has been one year I cleared my interview. And Relying on the assurance given by the agency that I would soon be joining employment in Saudi Arabia, I resigned from my existing job. I also paid the amount demanded by them.. And now As the delay continued indefinitely, I informed the agency that I was withdrawing from the recruitment process and requested the return of the amount paid by me.The agency has now informed me that the amount paid by me cannot be refunded as per their policy. The agency has thus retained my money without providing the promised service. They are not even provided any receipt for my payment even after I requested it , the staff didn't took it seriously. Very poor service and please don't trust them .
